Natural law

Natural Law

The only reliable base for sound government and human relations is Natural Law. It refers to the use of reason to analyze human nature, social and personal, in order to deduce the binding rules of moral behavior..

Natural Law is determined by nature, thus it is universal. It views that certain rights (or values) as INHERENT by virtue of human reason or human nature

Natural Law = What is true or truth

True Law is in agreement with Nature. -  Marcus Tillius Cicero (Roman Counsel 43 BC)

Laws of Nature are Common Sense and Reason

Nature and customs are sources of a society’s law. - Republic and the Law (Cicero’s books)

Natural Law is for contribution to the general good of the larger society. (Safety of citizens being the number one role of the state).

There is an intelligent design of universe. Nature's Law is the Creator’s way of making things work properly.

Happiness comes to those nations (communities) that organize their lives around Natural Law.

If you DO NOT then they suffer from unhappiness.

Accurate and true law does not contradicts nature.

Natural Law is for all humanity and all races and all nations.

Do not kill
Military / Law Enforcement agencies are authorized to kill beyond that of self defense or protection of property
Do not Steal
Government took/stole (Indian) lands and conquered island nations and property
Do not lie
Government can chose NOT to tell the truth under the guise of national security
Natural Law is eternal, universal, and reasonable.

It cannot be altered or repealed, comprehensible, and totally correct.

Natural Law is for contribution to the general good of the larger society. (Safety of citizens being the number one role of the state).
